Our solvent-free, fast-curing penetrating sealer for absorbent substrates: Ultimate Enhancer + Sealer rejuvenates faded surfaces instantly and seals even the smallest capillaries on most porous substrates, enhancing the color and creating a breathable shield. Ultimate Enhancer + Sealer creates a water and oil repellent protection that will protect the treated substrate from weathering, stains, and UV damage for years to come. Thanks to its advanced chemical composition, our product penetrates and bonds to the substrates pores on a molecular level creating a very resistant and long-lasting protection while darkening the substrate and adding a matte finish. 

Ultimate Enhancer + Sealer is a water-based protective coating for most porous substrates such as masonry, clay, pavers, slate, marble, natural stone, polished concrete and other absorbent substrates. Ultimate Enhancer + Sealer prevents the formation of mildew, Efflorescence, humidity-related and oil stains, protects from UV damage and overall weathering, extending cleaning and maintenance cycles.
